Established in 2009, this is the second school under the PSVP Trust.

The second school is at Tamenglong which itself is a district headquarter. It is known as ‘Pou Shankar Kane Vidyalaya’. This school is in operation from 2009. Currently, there are 100 students studying from KG to 7th std classes. There is total of 9 school staff including principal. School building is a temporary structure, which is made of wood & Tin sheets. School structure consists of 8 rooms. As of now, there is no hostel facility for the school students. Electricity is available in school. People of this region belong to ‘Rongmai Naga tribe’.
